Traveling Bar services May include Some/All of the following:

  • Our custom mobile bar, vintage horse trailer bar, or perhaps both if you are having a large event or wish to divert bar traffic

  • Craft mixers (a variety of bitters, tonics, infused syrups, fresh juices, fresh herbs, and garnishes) for the artisan cocktails you select from our menu (we recommend selecting 2 for your event)

  • Enough of our certified servers to keep the drinks flowing smoothly (includes an hour of set-up and and an hour of clean-up)

  • Signature drink(s) created uniquely for your event

  • All bar equipment, ice, napkins, and recyclable drinkware

  • Coordination with venue, including site visit if needed

  • Personalized drink menu display for your special event if desired

  • Travel to your location within 25 mile radius from our headquarters in Pleasanton, CA (travel outside of our radius is $2.50/mile each way)

  • Menu planning and shopping list of alcoholic beverages needed

  • Pouring of wine and/or beer

  • In-person sampling of selected drinks if your event is a wedding (by appointment)

  • $1M Liquor liability and $1 General Liability insurance

  • Use of our floral decor if requested

  • Mocktails for those abstaining from alcohol

Mobile Bar Pricing:

As each event is truly unique, please contact us directly so we can discuss your vision and provide a custom quote.  

Please note that we do have a minimum service charge of $1,000 for all events. Weddings typically range from $1,875-$3,850 (depending on the number of guests, services selected, location, etc.).

Welma is also available for photo shoots, dessert bars, and other non beverage options for $250/hr, with a 4 hour minimum (includes drop off/pick up of trailer within 25 miles of our headquarters and a staff member who will remain onsite during the rental period)

In order to reserve your date, we do require a 50% non-refundable retainer, with the balance due 30 days prior to your event.
